Motorola ATV-8C
The Motorola ATV-8C is a genuine replacement VHF whip antenna that is compatible with the Motorola VX-260.
Once this antenna is connected to the radio in use the user will be able to send and receive transmissions to and from their fleet. The ATV-8C transmits VHF frequencies ranging between 162-174 MHz which is best suited to open space environments. VHF frequencies can not penetrate through structures so this antenna would not perform well in or around large buildings including cities. The user can get up to one mile in range with this antenna and will ensure clear and crisp audio sent to their fleet.
