Whilst most two way radios sold on this website require a license issued by FCC. But that does not mean that this will necessarily slow down your order. Stock availability is shown on all pages.

Lead Time

All shipping is subject to lead time. Lead time is the amount of days it takes to prepare your order. For an item that's usually in stock, that item does not have a lead time. Whereas if you order an item that we have to order from a supplier, that might take a few days to receive that item and prepare it to be shipped.

Free Shipping

Where free shipping is offered, depending on where in the USA or Canada you're located, this can take anywhere between 3 and 10 business days to arrive. Free delivery is great when you're not in a rush to receive your items. We use USPS for free shipping. But if you want your delivery quickly, this is not the option for you.

Carrier Shipping

When you select carrier shipping, we usually use FedEx, DHL or UPS. We do not know which carrier we'll use until the point of dispatch. The price of carrier shipping is shown in the shopping cart.

Returns Policy

Changed Your Mind?

I you change your mind, you can return your order for a full refund, less any costs to us such as shipping costs, within 30 days. The items must be unopened and unused. Opened and or used items cannot be returned for a full refund. There are some exceptions, however, and they're shown below.

Exceptions

These items are an exception to our returns policy and cannot be returned for a refund. Any return request for these items will be rejected.

Faulty Items?

All items we sell have some kind of guarantee. The guarantee period for a product is shown on most product pages.

Any item which develops a fault whilst inside that items guarantee period should be returned for a repair or replacement. Items over 30-days old are very unlikely to be replaced. Replacement items are purely at the manufacturer's discretion.

How to Return

You must request a returns authorization number (RAN). You can obtain a returns authorization number (RAN) by simply emailing Returns Department. You must include your name and order/invoice number.
