Radiotronics (Registered address: 8 The Green, Ste 10169, Dover, DE 19901) is a business to business (B2B) company and does not observe consumer regulations, but commercial regulations. You may purchase from Radiotronics as a non-trading individual on the understanding that it's a commercial transaction and not a consumer transaction.

Acceptance of order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our website does not constitute acceptance of an order.

Your right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 30 calendar days from the day after the date of delivery.

Please note that if your order has been processed and dispatched we are unable to cancel it and therefore return postage costs are at your expense.

If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by the carrier, your order will be returned to Radiotronics and you will be charged for the return of the order. Delivery charges vary from state to state.

Wrong Delivery Address Entered

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Radiotronics cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

Hassle-Free Returns - Product RAN (Returns Authorization Number)

You may of course return any items purchased from Radiotronics within 30 days. Please obtain an RAN (returns authorization number) within 30 days of purchase by emailing, or by contacting us on the usual telephone number. Returns postage cost is at the customer's expense.

Do not send anything to Radiotronics without an RMA as it will be rejected. Different manufacturers have different returns and warranty policies which denote whether you should send back to Radiotronics or the manufacturer. Contact Radiotronics to arrange any returns.

Product Guarantee

  • All items purchased from Radiotronics are covered by a 12 month guarantee, with the exception of consumable items such as CDs, styli, fluids, fuses etc.
  • We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.
  • If it develops a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will facilitate a manufacturer's warranty repair or send spare parts to you free of charge.
  • Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.

Specifications, Colours, Weights and Sizes

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. A name given to a product is not necessarily representative of the colour. All goods are subject to availability.

Faulty Products :: Your Guarantee

On arrival (within 7 days) Products arriving "dead on arrival" or "damaged" will be replaced (not repaired) by Radiotronics. Shipping costs are also covered by Radiotronics, however, our carrier cannot specify a time for delivery or collection of items. Failed collections or deliveries with respect to warranty claims will incur £10 charge if there is nobody in.
Within 30 Days Products developing a fault within 30 days of the invoice date will be repaired** or replaced*. This will include shipping costs, however, our couriers cannot specify a time for delivery or collection of items. Failed collections or deliveries with respect to warranty claims will incur £10 charge if there is nobody in.
Within the remaining guarantee period Products developing a fault after 6 months, but still remaining within warranty will be replaced* or repaired** under manufacturers warranty.  We expect you to cover the cost of returning the item, however, we will return the repaired or replacement product back to you free of charge.

* Faulty used units may be replaced with an immediate 'repaired' unit but this is not guaranteed. ** We cannot guarantee the period of time that a repair under warranty will take, however we will endeavour to ensure that you unit will be repaired within a 'reasonable time'.

Please note

Items that have gone faulty due to misuse or insufficient care may be rejected.  Please note any repairs or replacements made will not extend the original guarantee of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
