Motorola DTR700 ISM 60 Channel
The DTR700 is a licence free two-way radio from Motorola. Although licence free the DTR700 is capable of performing both individual and group calling, this allowing for team instructions to be made easily whilst also having the ability to keep transmissions private when needed. In order to take advantage of private communications, there are over 10,000 codes that can be used when programming to ensure that no unwanted radios can listen in to your transmissions.
Licence free radios aren't usually known for being rugged and reliable but this is where the DTR700 differs. Built to IP55 rating this ensures that not only does the DTR700 have limited protection against dust intrusion but is also safeguarded against jets of water from all angles. MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G also guarantees that the radio can operate in a variety of environmental conditions, continuing to operate in temperatures from as low as -30°C through to 60°C.
