Motorola RDU4100 UHF 4W 10 Channel

The RDU4100 is a 10 channel business UHF two-way radio from Motorola. Supplied as standard with a 2400mAh Li-Ion battery this will allow for up to 22 hours of use when battery saver is enabled, making the RDU4100 more than sufficient for working continuously for extended periods of time.

With the RDU4100 being built to Ingres protection IP55 this ensures that the radio has not only limited protection against dust intrusion, but is also safeguarded against splashes of water from all angles. MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G also ensures that the radio is protected against varying environmental conditions, continuing to operate seamlessly from temperatures as low as -30°C through to 60°C.

The RDU4100 has many features available to ensure that the user has the easiest experience possible when operating. VOX Voice Activation allows for the radio to be used hands-free, simply speak and the radio will pick up your voice and transmit to whatever channel you currently have selected. Secondly, a channel scan will allow for one of your pre-programmed channels when selected to automatically scan for ongoing transmissions on other channels, then once a transmission has been found will pause and listen ensuring that no important messages are missed.
