Motorola RDU4160d UHF 4W Display 16 Channel
The RDU4160D is a 16 channel business two-way radio from Motorola. Rugged and reliable the RDU4160D has been built to IP55 protection standards meaning that it has limited protection against dust intrusion whilst also being safeguarded against splashes of water from all angles. Alongside the Ingres protection rating, the RDU4160D has also been built to MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G ensuring its consistent operation in a variety of environmental conditions ranging from -30°C through to 60°C.Features such as VOX Voice Activation can be used with this radio meaning that it can be operated hands-free. Channel scanning is also a possibility when a channel is programmed to perform this operation, this allows for the user's radio to quickly skip through channels on the lookout for ongoing transmissions and when one is found the radio will halt its scan in order to listen in.
